Questions

What kinds of properties do you serve?

Almost any commercial or industrial property with roughly 500 kW or more of peak demand: hotels, offices, industrial, retail, senior living, and more, across 15 states. Smaller sites can qualify as part of a portfolio.

How much will I save, and how do I get the value?

Most projects model out to 10-30% off your utility bill, and we lock a minimum savings level into your LOI before anything is built. You choose how the value comes back: lower costs, new NOI, or revenue, with whatever tenant split you want.

How long does it take?

Under 12 months from agreement to operating savings for a behind-the-meter project, often faster.

Where do the savings come from?

A stack of value streams: lower demand charges, reduced capacity and transmission charges, utility and grid-service payments, and energy arbitrage. We model the full stack for your site and meter.

Who owns, operates, and maintains the battery?

We do, with our capital and operating partners. We finance, install, monitor, and maintain the system, and it adapts automatically as your usage changes. Hands-off for you.

Behind-the-meter or front-of-meter?

Both, though most of what we do is behind-the-meter: a battery at your property that lowers your bill. Front-of-meter means we lease land near the grid and pay you steady income while we take the market risk.

Do you work with portfolios?

Yes. We aggregate single buildings into portfolio-scale programs, which improves economics and lets smaller sites qualify.
